The Library's
Collection
Because of the hospital's affiliation with Mt. Sinai School of
Medicine and Seton Hall University, the library staff
has access to most of
those libraries' electronic resources. Please see a staff member for
details.
The library maintains a book collection which can be accessed through our online library catalog. All computer stations in the library have links to the catalog. The library catalog is browsable online. Books may be borrowed for a period of two weeks. Your ID card is your library card. Please make sure you are wearing your ID badge when you visit the library. Please return books promptly - our collection is not large, and others may be waiting for the materials you have borrowed.
A number of online books are available to our users.
The library has over 6,000 print and online journals. Journals with hyperlinks are available online. Journals without hyperlinks are available in the library. The journal listing can be searched or browsed by clicking here.
The library also maintains audiotapes, videotapes and slides. These items are included in the online catalog, and may be borrowed. Borrowing times vary by title.
