MD Consult includes a Patient Education section which you can customize with your name and address before handing information out to patients. The Patient Education section includes material from Clinical Reference Systems, Well-Connected, and Integrative Medical Access. You must have an account with MD Consult to access this information.

Medline Plus is a National Library of Medicine maintained list of consumer health resources. It includes information on health, illnesses, diseases, and links to associations.
Healthfinder (click to search)
A service of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Healthfinder can provide additional information on health topics for patients.
NOAH (click to search)
NOAH - the New York Online Access to Health website provides full-text patient information in English and Spanish, and is easy for patients to use.
Postgraduate Medicine (click to search)
Postgraduate Medicine maintains an archive of patient information handouts, called "Patient Notes", that have appeared in the journal.

MEDEM is a project of the American Medical Association, various state medical associations, and other medical programs which have united to provide consumer health information.

Created by the Nemours Foundation Center for Children's Health Media, KidsHealth has separate areas for kids, teens, and parents - each with its own design, age-appropriate content, and tone.

HealthyNJ provides "Information for Healthy Living" for NJ residents. Created by UMDNJ, the site includes health information, as well as information on medical facilities in New Jersey.
